Nourish Mantra offers you a “clean promise.” Our products are formulated without Parabens, SLS/SLES, Phthalates, Formaldehydes, Mineral Oil, Oxybenzone, Talc, and Phenoxyethanol. Synthetic Fragrance (if any) is below 1% concentration.

What measures does Nourish Mantra take to ensure that the products are not damaged during delivery?
We maintain the highest standards of quality control and ship our products in biodegradable boxes that are packed, keeping the fragile nature of the product in mind. In one year, less than 1% of our products are returned back as damaged. This proves the efficacy of our delivery process.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
For people who do not like making online payments, we have the COD option available, where you can pay your invoice bill in cash at the time of delivery. You can only make cash payments in Rupees. We do not accept demand drafts or cheques. We do not ask for extra charges for COD orders.

How safe is it to make a credit card/debit card payment on Nourish Mantra?
We use Razorpay's secure payment gateway for all card payments and Netbanking. Rest assured that your online payments are safe with us. You will be redirected to your bank’s page, where you will be asked to enter an OTP/secure code/Visa password depending on the type of card you use.

Is GST included in your prices?
Yes, we charge GST and VAT on all of our online products. All prices shown on our website are GST inclusive. You do not have to pay any extra costs.
What payment types do you offer?
All domestic orders can be placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit card, Debit Card, Netbanking, as well as UPI options and wallets like MobiKwik.
What if an item is out of stock?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We leave no stones unturned in giving you the best products. However, we understand that some concerns may arise. We issue exchanges for products damaged during the delivery process. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Since the nature of the product is personal care, we humbly apologize for not being able to issue you returns on opened products.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by going to the account section and clicking on CANCEL before your order has been shipped. Post shipment, you cannot cancel your order. Please reach out to our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are facing any issues regarding the cancellation.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact our customer care at email@example.com on the same day that you receive your delivery. We will initiate an exchange of the same product for you.
Why don't you take returns?
Since our products come under the personal care category, it becomes extremely unsafe for us to repackage and resell the same product to other customers. We want to ship efficient and safe products to all our customers keeping the COVID protocol in mind. That is why we do not issue returns unless the product you receive is damaged.
Can I change my order after placing it?

Shipping And Delivery
How do you pack orders at Nourish Mantra?
We take utmost care to pack your orders. Each product in your order is first packed in biodegradable material and then placed in a recyclable shipment box. We take care to make our deliveries as eco-friendly and safe as we can.
How will you deliver my order?
We partner with reputed couriers to send our orders across the country. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS alert with your package’s tracking number and the name of the courier service. You can track the status of your package by using the tracking number on the courier company’s website.
How can I track my order?
We mostly dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it (excluding public holidays and weekends). You can go to your account and click on TRACK MY ORDER to get an update on where your order is.
Do you charge extra shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. All orders are shipped from our New Delhi warehouse in India within 2-3 business days after payment receipt.
