Refund policy

At Nourish Mantra, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. 

 

How to Request an Exchange:

To request a refund, simply email us your order details at care@nourishmantra.com, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

 

Nourish Mantra is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to us on the day of delivery.
