  • Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser and pat it dry.
  • Hold the toner bottle 10-15 cm away and spray it evenly across your face 5-6 times.
  • Wait for 1-2 minutes, then apply sunscreen generously to your face and neck using the two-finger rule.
  • Allow 15-20 minutes after applying sunscreen before going outside.
  • Reapply sunscreen every 3-4 hours, even when indoors.
