Good things take love and care and lots of time to make. Just look at how nature create its bounties — from seed to sapling, buds to blossoms, and flower to fruit.. we too take our time to find and source the best, most nourishing ingredients, and wait for the seasons to nurture them to goodness. We follow Ayurvedic processes such as steeping and blending as they are mentioned in the sacred texts, and some of our formulations take months to create.

Fueled by curiosity, introspection and a love for holistic wellness, Ritika Jayaswal founded Nourish Mantra in 2019. Born in a simple town in central India, her family played an important role in India’s industrial revolution, which influences Ritika’s business acumen.
After completing her education at Parsons School of Design in New York, Ritika threw herself into the busy New York life. Her body’s needs of proper nutrition, sleep and calm took a backseat. That’s when her search for stillness began.
With persistence to heal, she started practicing Vipassana – a virtuous process that trains the mind to practice zero interaction with any soul. That’s when an epiphany dawned upon her — outward beauty is a direct reflection of the inner self. She realized what we need to cater to the nuances of current lifestyle is simple – a hum of pure ingredients and concoctions that have been tested over centuries.
Ideated in New York, Ritika continued her journey back to India with that thought. The process began with traveling across India locating pure and exotic ingredients that took over a year, and then finding genuine practitioners and informed experts to fine tune the recipes. After over 500 days, Nourish Mantra was born, an ethically sourced, vegan brand that is not tested on animals and is the ideal mantra to leave your skin and soul truly nourished.
